Our activations team uses all marketing channels to activate campaigns designed to change consumer’s behaviour – prompt purchase, prompt an action or engage with a brand. Our role is to bring creative ideas alive in the marketplace in a way that drives sales for our clients’ brands.

For us it is all about the idea – we develop the big idea and then bring it to life in a way that requires them to engage with us. We live and breathe multi-channel. No shopper journey starts at the entrance to the store, so we embrace all media touch-points relevant to that shopper for that specific mission.

Typically our campaigns appear in-store, online, on packs, on sms/mms, on social, on radio, on outdoor, in press or out and about where you least expect it!

Your Role:

To be responsible for the devising, creating and implementation of highly creative and effective leading edge Shopper Marketing Campaigns that embrace a multi-channel approach.

  • Project management from initial client briefing, strategic response, creative development, project planning, implementation and evaluation
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working within your team to ensure positive working relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Strong budgetary management – developing budgets, tracking, managing and reconciling these
  • Creative flair – we are all about ideas after all
  • Strong strategic capabilities
  • Multi-tasking skills are an imperative

Through-the-line experience with solid Shopper Marketing experience would be ideal. Added bonuses would be: digital & social media experience and previous work in the drinks industry, but not essential.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with min 3-4 years experience and who is comfortable managing projects autonomously from start to finish, whilst managing all finances along the way. And not afraid to take initiative!

We are looking for people to start immediately.
