In just a few short decades we have seen a number of significant changes take place in Ireland, leading to diversifying family structures and attitudes and behaviours. Against the backdrop of the New Family Legislation and Marriage Equality Referendum in 2015, DDFH&B sought to understand how the notion of family is evolving in Ireland and what that means for Irish consumers and brands.

‘Meet The New Family’ is an insightful look at how Irish people truly view family life, values and the major societal shifts we are experiencing in Ireland.

The findings are based on a nationally representative survey we conducted with 1,000 Irish adults, as well as eight very interesting focus groups we had with consumers reflecting changing Census demographics in March and April of this year – and they had a lot to say.

Insights like this build great work, that works. If you want to find out more about how you or your brand can understand this evolving consumer mindset, call, email or tweet us.
